2. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit the site, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, time of access and the resource requested) is processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers outside the EU are additionally safeguarded by standard contractual clauses.

3. Contact form & spam protection

If you use our contact form, we process the details you provide (name, contact details, message) solely to handle your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is not stored in a database but delivered to us by email. We use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as a processor for the email delivery.

To protect the form against abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to classic captchas. Turnstile is technically necessary for the secure operation of the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and does not set tracking cookies.

4. Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

To measure how the website is used we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service works without cookies and without cross-device tracking; no individual visitors are identified. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing the use of our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for our German sales office this is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (ldi.nrw.de).

6. Retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business correspondence, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage.

7. Language versions

This policy is also available in German and Chinese. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
